Adjustments/Express™ is an image-based, workflow enabled system that automates the entire back-office adjustments process to dramatically improve productivity, reduce costs and speed customer service delivery. The system easily meets the needs of the largest financial institutions, yet can be cost effective for mid-sized and community banks as well. By automating many aspects of the adjustments process through user-controlled, rules-based processes, Adjustments/Express streamlines adjustment workflows and reduces costs by up to 40 percent and more.

WEB-BASED ENTRY OPTIMIZES SERVICE
When integrated with the Adjustments/Express application, Web Express/Case Entry delivers an online environment for submitting case requests to appropriate end-user departments for processing. The system can be deployed internally to increase efficiency, as well as externally, to improve customer service and speed case resolution for the bank's high-volume customers. Web Express/Case Entry allows scanned document images to be attached to a case file at the time the case is submitted and enables web-based input of cases, eliminating phone calls, paper and faxes. As a result, it allows the adjustments staff to focus on resolving cases — and meeting customer needs — instead of answering phones, retrieving faxes and email, and manually entering cases. In addition, Web Express/Case Entry, with its case inquiry capability, replaces existing front-end applications (home grown and ASI 6) and eliminates redundant IT support of multiple systems.
