Input/Express™

Input/Express automates the movement of check images to key entry workstations using advanced workflow technology. Keyed data is then extracted and uploaded to the bank's host processing system for subsequent processing, such as merging the data to a customer's account statement or loading into a data warehouse.

Input/Express improves a bank's operational efficiencies by routing images, rather than paper documents, to operators for data entry. In addition, it provides the ability to create and maintain a system-wide, user maintained "intelligent" dictionary to minimize the keystrokes to enter common payees. Items can be randomly selected and forwarded to "auditors" for quality assurance. Operators can also forward items with unclear or missing data to "unreadable reviewers" for further research.
