Remote users look and feel like they have their own check system while allowing complete system monitoring and maintenance from your primary site.

Multi-Site establishes the controls and capabilities needed to manage multiple CPCS sites from one host computer. Remote users operate in an environment consistent with having their own check system, while the primary processing site coordinates control and maintenance functions. The data integrity of capture and processing tasks for each location is controlled within the Multi-Site package and is virtually invisible to local check processing personnel. The holding company benefits by reducing hardware, software, maintenance and programming costs using a single copy of CPCS and related software. Multi-Site lets all centers take advantage of the power of CPCS, while significantly reducing operating costs.

For example, your bank could have a site in Memphis and one in Charlotte. With Multi-Site Utilities, multiple locations have access to all of the CPCS functions available on the installed host system. Even though both sites access one CPCS host, each one operates autonomously without interfering with the scheduling or implementation of the other's check processing tasks. Multiple sites, however, do not necessarily refer to designated cities. You can assign numerous sites within one city. Regardless of the number of sites you have assigned, Multi-Site Utilities enables each site to access the host system and perform all the CPCS tasks.
