Adjustments Express™ is an image-based, workflow enabled system that automates the entire back-office adjustments process to dramatically improve productivity, reduce costs and speed customer service delivery. The system easily meets the needs of the largest financial institutions, yet can be cost effective for mid-sized and community banks as well.

By automating many aspects of the adjustments process through user-controlled, rules-based processes, Adjustments Express streamlines adjustment workflows and reduces costs by 10 to 40 percent. Designed in partnership with leading banks, it improves case management quality in a payments environment that includes paper, image, and electronic transactions. And by allowing operators to scan information into the system, retrieve both image and microfilm items, and make entries from all of the main sources of adjustment cases, Adjustments Express delivers a virtually paperless, seamless environment — eliminating errors, speeding case resolution, reducing float and optimising workloads.

  • PRE-FETCHING DATA Scan related case information and retrieve data and images. Data can be attached to correspondence.
