New York Float Management and Payments Roundtable
November 2-3, 2006
New York City, New York
The next few years will be an era of unprecedented change in the payments industry. The migration to image exchange will require banks to make frequent and timely changes as systems, technology and customer requirements evolve. Traditional spreadsheet methods of analysis will not be able to keep pace with the rate of required change, the multitude of variables and the pressure on payments and float revenue.
To control revenue shifts and predict the impact of future changes, banks must have a complete understanding of float and pricing issues facing them, including:
- Predicting how changes in payments processing will impact revenues
- Determining which customers are positive and negative float generators
- Evaluating the cost impact of new clearing products
This roundtable discussion will address these issues as well as current and future trends in Float Management and Payments.
