End to End ATM Management

Brian Evetts, EVP, Cash & Logistics, Carreker Corporation

Whether on the retail or operations side, traditionally financial institutions have approached management of ATMs with a very siloed attitude - meaning each business unit within the organization have managed their “portion” of the ATM business as a separate entity and made decisions based solely on the data that affects them.  This approach can be inefficient and costly.

With the evolution of ATMs, new technologies, more demanding customers, higher costs and even smarter criminals, financial institutions need to be able to better manage their ATM networks, faster and cheaper than ever before.  The combining and sharing of information from all businesses that touch the ATM is critical for an ATM organization to stay ahead of this ever-changing industry.  This session explores the benefits that can be realized from end to end ATM management.
