Threshold Financial Technologies Licenses Carreker’s
eiManager Software To Manage ATM Network
eiManager Offers Leading Canadian Provider’s 1600-plus ATMs Improved
Fault Management Capabilities and Increased Operational Efficiencies
DALLAS, TEXAS AND MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO (May 24, 2005) — Carreker Corporation

the financial industry, announced today that Threshold Financial Technologies
Inc. (Threshold), a Canadian-based provider of Automatic Teller Machine (ATM)
Management Services and turnkey ATM solutions to financial institutions and
retailers, has licensed Carreker’s eiManager software to manage their
network of more than 1,600 ATMs, further expanding Carreker’s worldwide
ATM customer base.
eiManager is an enterprise ATM network management solution that allows financial
institutions to improve ATM network efficiency and reduce costs by streamlining
processes and enhancing the management of ATMs and service providers.
eiManager provides Threshold with improved fault management capabilities by
allowing them to interpret, respond, ticket, dispatch, escalate and report
any potential problems within the network either before they will impact Threshold’s
customers or early enough to minimize their consequences.
