Lou Buglioli Joins Carreker’s
Global Payments Consulting
Veteran Financial Services
Executive to Advise Carreker
Clients on Payments Strategy,
Operations and Technology Infrastructure,
and Implementation
DALLAS, TEXAS (June 30, 2004) — Carreker
Corporation (Nasdaq: CANI), a leading
provider of technology and consulting
solutions for the financial industry,
announced today that Lou Buglioli
has joined Carreker, working exclusively
with the company’s Global Payments
Consulting (GPC) division.
Buglioli will advise Carreker clients
on payments strategy, operations
and technology infrastructure, and
implementation, and provide leadership
to the GPC division.
Buglioli has 34 years of financial
services and consultancy experience,
including extensive international
banking experience at the most senior
levels. He was most recently head
of Perot Systems’ Financial
Services Industry Group. Previously
he was a general partner, president,
and chief operating officer of Benton
International, the payment and retail
banking consultancy acquired by Perot
Systems in 1997. Before building
his international reputation in financial
services consulting, Buglioli held
senior level operations management
positions with Citibank and Crocker
Bank (since absorbed by Wells Fargo).
