CARREKER CORPORATION REPORTS FILING OF ITS THIRD QUARTER AND FISCAL YEAR 2002 RESULTS

Conference Call and Webcast Scheduled for May 2 at 9:30 a.m. ET

DALLAS (April 30, 2003) -- Carreker Corporation (Nasdaq: CANIE), a leading provider of technology and consulting solutions for the financial industry, today reported that it has filed its third quarter fiscal 2002 Form 10-Q and fiscal year 2002 Form 10-K and is now current in its filings.

The fiscal year 2002 Form 10-K contains the Company’s restated financial statements and additional information about those financials.
