CARREKER CORPORATION ANNOUNCES FISCAL YEAR 2002 EARNINGS RELEASE CONFERENCE CALL

DALLAS (April 1, 2003) -- Carreker Corporation [NASDAQ: CANIE], a leading provider of payments technology and consulting solutions for the financial services industry, announced today that it will host a management conference call on Friday, May 2, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time to review its fiscal year 2002 financial results, for the period ended January 31, 2003.

The conference call is intended to provide a forum for a discussion of the Company’s fiscal year 2002 financial results, business conditions, industry trends and other points of interest to investors. As previously announced, Carreker is scheduled to file its fiscal year 2002 financial results on April 30, 2003.
