Named to Forbes List of 'Best 200
Small Companies in America'
(Dallas, October 26, 1999) - Carreker-Antinori,
Inc. (NASDAQ: CANI), a leading provider
of integrated consulting and software
solutions to the financial industry,
has been named to Forbes magazine's
prestigious list of "Best Small Companies
in America" in the magazine's November
1, 1999 issue. The Forbes list ranks
the 200 best companies with sales
under $350 million and the highest
five-year profitability in terms
of return on equity. Carreker was
ranked 130th overall, and 75th in
5-year average return on equity.
Overall performance for the Forbes
list is determined by performance
in four categories: five-year average
return on equity, sales, profits,
and market value. Carreker's sales
growth the last 12 months was a strong
43% on sales of $63 million, and
its five-year average annual sales
growth was 30%. Its market value
on October 1 (when Forbes closed
its ranking) was $121 million.
