Introduces New Revenue Enhancement
Business Group
James E. McHale Joins as SVP
to Head Transportation Services
Group
(Dallas, August 5, 1999) - Carreker-Antinori,
Inc. (NASDAQ: CANI), a leading provider
of integrated consulting and software
solutions to the financial industry,
announced the formation of a new
business group - Transportation Services
- within the company’s Revenue
Enhancement division. The company
has appointed James E. McHale as
Senior Vice President and Managing
Principal of this new line of business.
The Transportation Services Group
will assist financial institutions
and retailers that deploy ATMs to
improve management and reduce costs
associated with their ATM operations.

Revenue Enhancement division, Carreker-Antinori. "The
solutions provided by this new business
group are a logical complement to
many of the company’s existing
product and service offerings, especially
our Liquidity Management solutions."
Carreker-Antinori’s Liquidity
Management Group is the market leader
in assisting U.S. banks to lower
currency levels in use at branches,
ATMs and vaults. The focus of the
new Transportation Services Group
is improving ground armored car infrastructure
for areas such as ATM deposit processing
through analysis of route structures
and efficiencies. They will also
concentrate on instituting Transportation
Best Practice solutions across multiple
industries that will include banking,
retail chains (i.e. grocery stores)
and transportation suppliers to these
industries.

Mr. McHale has 25 years of senior
management experience that includes
several years as senior vice president-Banking
Services at Loomis, Fargo & Co.
While at Loomis, Fargo & Co.
he was responsible for the growth
and direction of its ATM division
and the creation of its Banking Services
Operation. Since January 1998 Mr.
McHale has successfully created and
grown an independent transportation
service consulting practice, The
McHale Group. The McHale Group provided
consulting services to major financial
institutions, independent service
organizations and armored carrier
companies.
