Carreker-Antinori and M&I Data Services Agreement Increases Reserve Reduction Solution - ReserveLink® - Bank Users

(Dallas, TX July 20, 1999) - Carreker-Antinori, Inc. (NASDAQ: CANI), a leading provider of consulting and software solutions to the financial industry, announces an agreement to provide ReserveLink® software to M&I Data Services, Milwaukee, Wis., a leading financial services processor.

M&I Data Services will offer ReserveLink as an additional service to its financial institution outsourcing customers. ReserveLink, the first component of Carreker-Antinori’s suite of liquidity management solutions is a multi-platform, computer-based software product that allows banks to sweep demand account balances to non-transactional accounts in order to reduce reserve requirements and maximize investment opportunities. M&I Data Services customers will be able to migrate to this service over the next eight months with all the financial institutions realizing ReserveLink benefits by May 2000.
