Carreker-Antinori Expands Systems Integration Services Offering: Hires Two Industry Experts to Lead Effort

(Dallas, TX January 11, 1999) - Carreker-Antinori, Inc. (NASDAQ:CANI) announced today that they have created a new business unit, Systems Integration Services, which will greatly enhance current integration offerings. The company has hired Richard Jerrier and Howard Larrabee to manage the new venture.

"This new unit will leverage our existing payments systems integration consulting and management services expertise, enabling us to manage and deliver larger scale and more in-depth integration projects across multiple business areas for our clients, " said J. D. Denny Carreker, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Carreker-Antinori.

The new business unit is expected to offer systems implementation, integration, and project management services for large scale projects in payments systems areas plus deposits, consumer loans, commercial loans, CDs/IRAs, trusts, cash management, general ledger, credit cards, ATMs, collections, and credit risk.

Mr. Carreker added, "This is yet another illustration of our commitment to providing our clients with banking industry experts who have a practical, in-depth, financial-services-focused set of skills and knowledge. Dick Jerrier and Howard Larrabee, each with over 30 years in the financial services industry, are recognized as financial services integration experts and we welcome their leadership as we introduce these expanded services to our clients."

Mr. Jerrier has been named Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Carreker-Antinori’s Systems Integration Services. He joins the company from another information technology company where he was a senior executive, and has had leadership roles with other industry recognized companies that include Kirchman Information Services, EDS, and BankBoston. Mr. Larrabee, who also joined the company from another information technology company where he was a senior executive, has been named Senior Vice President and his background includes key roles at NSS Corp., Systems Marketing Consultants, and Dynamics Research Corporation.
