Sign Marketing Agreement: Pact
Improves Product Availability,
Increases Market Reach
(Pittsburgh,
PA October 22, 1998) — The
Fiserv Pittsburgh unit of Fiserv,
Inc. (Nasdaq:FISV) and Carreker-Antinori,
Inc. (Nasdaq: CANI) announced today
they have reached a cooperative
marketing agreement that provides
increased market reach for both
businesses and improved product
availability for their clients.
Fiserv Pittsburgh initiated the
agreement as part of its overall
strategy to provide a research
and adjustment system that is ready
for Year 2000 testing.

chose Carreker-Antinori to provide
a solution that could be implemented
and tested in a timely and cost-effective
manner," said Fiserv Senior Vice
President Regis Rapp. "The decision,
which was made on behalf of our
clients, was made easy when considering
the ease of integration benefit
added by Carreker-Antinori. Their
broad suite of integrated solutions,
coupled with a successful track
record serving two-thirds of the
top 100 banks, made them the most
obvious choice."
In
addition to offering the Carreker-Antinori
Research and Adjustment Systemä to
Fiserv clients, the agreement enables
Carreker-Antinori to market the
Fiserv Customer Service and Call-center
Solution (CSCS®).

Vleisides, Senior Vice President
responsible for alternate marketing
and delivery channels for Carreker-Antinori,
said both Fiserv and Carreker-Antinori
clients will benefit from this
reciprocal arrangement because
it will provide them with integrated
technologies. "We look forward
to working with Fiserv toward expanding
this agreement to other solutions
that may include return items,
fraud detection, electronic check
presentment and other various ‘Day
2’ solutions within our suites
of products," Vleisides said.
