Financial Online Services Expert Joins
Growing Bank Technology Firm

TX June 9, 1997) Carreker-Antinori
recently announced the addition
of another financial services expert
to its consulting team with the
hire of Alan W. Stark as senior
principal. At Carreker-Antinori,
Stark is responsible for consultation
on financial service web site development,
the implementation and management
of secure Internet solutions, and
electronic commerce.

Stark
comes to Carreker-Antinori with
20 years of banking and technology
experience that has earned him
national industry recognition.
Prior to joining Carreker-Antinori,
he was vice president of online
financial services with Wells Fargo
Bank, San Francisco, where he managed
all aspects of its World Wide Web
channel. Stark redesigned Wells
Fargo Bank’s web site, which
was rated "best banking web site" by
Computerworld. In addition, his
web marketing expertise was the
subject of an article in Webweek.
Stark is also noted for coordinating
the launch of the first secure
Internet banking application.
Stark
left Wells Fargo Bank briefly to
manage the development, marketing
and implementation of interactive
television and PC services for
Viacom Cable in Pleasanton, Calif.
Stark originally joined Wells Fargo
Bank in 1988 as vice president
and group product manager of electronic
transaction services. For five
years he managed and marketed PC,
voice and electronic point-of-sale
products, and created and implemented
the first nationwide program to
sell online debit card processing
through a branch network.
Stark
also held several management positions
at Times Mirror Company, where
he was instrumental in the development
and implementation of electronic
information strategies for all
subsidiaries. He also coordinated
the launch of an advertiser voice
information service accessed by
over 800,000 households.
