Financial services technology provider Carreker Corp. announced an alliance with Syfact, a provider of global investigative management solutions, that will add Syfact's case management product to Carreker's offerings. The deal will combine Carreker's fraud detection solutions with Syfact's case management capabilities providing financial institutions an end-to-end solution in fraud detection, case management, recovery and compliance. The alliance allows Carreker to broaden its risk management solutions portfolio by providing its clients with case management software as well as implementation services, training and support for Syfact solutions.
