CPCS Operational Concepts
A 3-day course providing customer operations supervisors and check processing managers with an understanding of the workflow and operations of CPCS, as well as knowledge about the tools and controls available to run an entry of work and complete a cycle..

CPCS Design & Programming Concepts
A 5-day course providing an introduction or refresher for CPCS programmers and project managers, covering information necessary to aid in installing/tailoring the CPCS system and in writing application programs to run with CPCS. Emphasis is given to the current release and the 3890/XP document processor. Lectures, lab, and exercises provide an understanding of the hardware, software, and system requirements.

Advanced Check Processing Control System (CPCS) Design and Programming Concepts
A 5-day course providing the information necessary to aid CPCS programmers in understanding and writing application programs for the advanced CPCS functions, and installing and tailoring a CPCS system with the advanced functions. Included is material up through the currently IBM supported PTF levels of CPCS, Enhanced System Manager (ESM), and Item Capture Support (ICS). Lectures, labs, and written exercises provide an understanding of the hardware, software, and system requirements.

Reject Repair Concepts
A 3-day course, which provides for understanding the needs and concepts of reject repair within a financial institution. Provides an understanding of the historical approaches to reject repair, and the reject repair workflow within a conventional and image CPCS environment.
