HEALTH
AND WELFARE BENEFITS
Medical: Carreker offers
two PPO options for medical coverage
designed to provide high-quality
health care at reasonable costs for
you and your eligible dependents.
Dental: Carreker offers two
options for dental coverage to help
with the cost of routine dental care,
major services and orthodontia coverage
for you and your eligible dependents.
Vision: Carreker offers vision
coverage for exams, glasses or contact
lenses, as well as discounts for
laser surgery through a network of
eye care doctors. In-network and
out-of-network benefits are available.
Section 125 Spending Accounts
(Flexible Spending Accounts): As
a Carreker employee you can set
aside pre-tax dollars for non-reimbursable
health and dependent care expenses.
Depending on your tax bracket,
you could have significant tax
savings as a result of the money
contributed to FSA’s.
International Health Coverage: Carreker
provides additional health coverage
for those employees who are traveling
abroad on business for a minimum
of 30 days at no cost to the employee.
INSURANCE
BENEFITS
Life Insurance and AD&D: We
offer basic life insurance and accidental
death and dismemberment coverage
up to two times your base salary,
to a maximum of $250,000. You may
also purchase additional life insurance
for yourself, your spouse and your
dependent child(ren).
Employee Optional Life and AD&D: You
may elect additional coverage up
to 5 times your annual base salary.
Both coverages combined cannot exceed
$1,000,000.
Spousal Optional Life and AD&D: You
may elect spousal life insurance
in $1,000 increments up to half of
the employee election (not to exceed
$500,000).
Dependent Optional Life and AD&D: You
may elect dependent life insurance
with coverage of $20,000 per covered
child. The cost is one low fee whether
you have one child or multiple children.
Business Accident Traveler’s
Insurance: Carreker offers
a business accident plan that provides
up to five times your base salary
to a maximum of $500,000.
Disability Coverage:
- Short-Term Disability (STD): Carreker
automatically provides STD at no
cost to you. Coverage is based
on length of service with the company.
- Long-Term Disability (LTD): Carreker
provides LTD coverage in the amount
of 60 percent of your base salary
at no cost.
RETIREMENT
BENEFITS
401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan: You
may defer up to 50 percent of your
base salary to the 401 (k) plan. Carreker
Corporation makes available a variety
of nationally recognized funds from
which to make investment selections.
The catchup plan is available to
those who qualify.
ADDITIONAL
BENEFITS
Education Assistance Program: Employees
may request tuition reimbursement
up to $2,500 each year for job-related
courses, taken on your own initiative.
Reimbursed amounts are grade based.
Employee Assistance Program: This
program assists employees and their
eligible dependents with personal
issues at no cost to the employee.
Coverage includes five free counseling
sessions.
Auto/Home insurance: Employees
may purchase personal home, auto,
RV, boat and renters insurance through
MetLife at very competitive prices.
Legal Plan: A pre-paid legal
service plan is available for a flat
rate to help employees with a variety
of legal matters or questions.
529 College Savings Plan: Employees
may save money for a designated beneficiary
for higher education expenses in
the future.
Credit Union: Carreker offers
membership opportunities to join
one of three different credit unions,
depending on where you live. They
offer free checking, low cost loans
and other financial services.
Holiday Pay: Carreker observes
eight paid holidays per year.
Vacation Pay: Carreker offers
one to four weeks of vacation per
year, depending on position and employment
status. Vacation time increases with
length of service and is accrued
weekly. New employees are eligible
to use vacation pay after completion
of a 90-day orientation period.
Sick Leave: Carreker offers
seven to ten paid sick days per year,
depending on full or part-time status.
Unused sick days may be carried forward
into the next calendar year up to
a maximum of four weeks.
Personal Days: All active
eligible Carreker Corporation employees
are granted two personal days each
year (one on January 1 and one on
July 1).
